5 december Sinterklaas for dolls, so much fun : )

All Dutch children are totally in the Sinterklaas mood these days, and what's more fun than that their doll goes with a little outfit. This set is for the son of my girlfriend, his favorite color is orange .....so up to the store. I selected a beautiful carnival fabric, supplemented with ribbon and eyelet lace fabric.

Alle nederlandse kinderen zitten deze dagen helemaal in de sinterklaas stemming, en wat is nu leuker dan dat ook hun pop daarin mee gaat met een pietenpakje. Dit setje wordt voor het zoontje van mijn vriendin, zijn favoriete kleur is oranje dus.....op naar de winkel. Een mooi carnavalsstofje uitgezocht, aangevuld met lint en broderiekant.
The pattern is made of BD1611, dressing up! I chose the Zwarte Piet set

Het patroon is gemaakt van BD1611 , verkleedkleren. Daarvan heb ik het Zwarte Piet setje gekozen.
On the front I sewed gold ribbon, top stitched along the edge. Underneath you cans see eyelet lace.

Op het voorpand heb ik goud lint genaaid, strak aan de overslag en daaronder broderiekant.
I followed up the work order. I added elastic in the sleeve cuffs.
During the sewing process i became more and more enthusiastic when a part finished.
The pattern fits perfectly! Compliments to Christel!! And so the set is complete.

Verder heb ik de werkvolgorde opgevolgd. Als toevoeging heb ik ook elastiek in de mouwboordjes genaaid. Een maillot was overbodig omdat de pop getint is van zichzelf.Tijdens het naaiproces wordt ik zelf steeds enthousiaster wanneer er weer een onderdeel af is. Het patroon past dan ook perfect! Compliment aan Christel! En zo is het setje compleet.
